We predominantly worked with Ryan Wells on the purchase of our new home, although Stephen filled in a couple time when Ryan was unavailable. I simply cannot say enough good things about our experience with this team. We feel so lucky to have snagged up the home we bought, which was pre-market, and in high demand. I honestly believe we would not have gotten our place if we had any other realtor in Chicago. Super dedicated, always helpful no matter the hour, and very detail oriented. A++++ rating!
