Stephen was fantastic. I didn’t know the area very well and after a couple times meeting up with him he really helped me get a feel for what I was looking for. He also took me on a few places one day that I wasn’t interested in necessarily so I was slightly confused. However, he did it to show me value for the area and pricing which helped out tremendously! Many times we were looking at homes and he would point out things I didn’t know to look for being a first time home buyer, it was reassuring to know he had such experience. He is a true professional and I would recommend him to anyone. Also when Stephen had to be out of town for the inspection his partner Ryan jumped in and was very pleasant the day I met him as well.
