I can’t say enough great things about Stephen and his team! I was very discouraged with my previous broker. Stephen was very forthright in advising me what the true value of the property., ideas for staging, etc. That was very refreshing as the previous broker was not familiar at all with the area, staging ideas and the price point value of my condo.
